After shipping it usually takes another 5- 7 business days via USPS for addresses within the United States.

After your order is printed ( takes between 2 - 5 business days for this process), it is then shipped via DHL Globalmail Packet Priority Mail. It usually takes between 10 and 16 days for International packages to reach their destination. We can ship to virtually any address in the world! It'll be worth the wait!
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. However, of course, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
I do not generally accept cancellations. The only way I can cancel or make changes to an order is if the request is made within the first 4 hours after an order is placed. All my products are print-on-demand and I do not carry any inventory. After 4 hours it is too late to make any changes and the product creation process has already started.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
